I stayed here during my travel back from a funeral in New Jersey. I have stayed at a lot of different hotel but the service here was by far the best I have ever had. From the front desk to the bar tender. You can tell the hotel is older but is very well kept. I will stay here when ever traveling back east. AWESOME place.

The staff at the hotel are the warmest, kindest, and most capable people. The rooms and whole facility are clean and well-maintained. Their breakfast spread had great variety, and the area and food preparation was hygienic. If you like golf, especially if you were a fan of Arnold Palmer's, you'll be in heaven.

Ashley was a lovely front desk employee. She was so kind to all three of my kiddos. She asked if there was anything she could do to help us, and it was very thoughtful. The only concern I had was with the lack of ventilation in the room. The room was tidy, although the couch was definitely old, which I saw both comments on other reviews. Overall wonderful experience. The bartender was also extremely sweet to us when we came to get food also, although I missed getting her name. But she was so kind.

Great location and amazing service by all in the hotel. Hotel overall has some nice updates, however rooms seem to have old furniture. Also in few rooms I stayed there there was mold in the bathroom. It’s little details like that that prevent me from giving me 5 stars. More attention to cleaning rooms need to be paid, then nobody will be dare to give anything below 5 stars.

Four points by Sheraton southwest center: The host, Bree at check-in is a very extremely friendly and accommodating host. The location is very clean Perfect right off of the highway. Close to everything. Does not allow pets which is a bonus for me for me. The shower water pressure is very low. Has a nice outdoor patio. Beautiful gym. One of the best I’ve seen for the size. I’d like to set up and the design of the rooms. Negative is there’s no microwave in the room. And the low water pressure

Really nice hotel. Breakfast is hot and delicious. Rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is separate from the toilet, which is nice. The toilet room and shower rooms have the modern sliding doors, which aren't ideal if you're sharing the room with someone and don't want them to be able to hear you going to the bathroom.

Unplanned stay: staff was super helpful, including driving us to local stores/restaurants. Handled is not knowing how long we were staying very smoothly, even with adding late checkout, then extra day. Spacious room with excellent water pressure!

Nice hotel situated in a great spot for going downtown and out of town. Turns out we went on one their busiest weekends so there were some issues with cleaning and towels. The pool is little and chilly but nice. The outside seating is …
